The 5 Senses Tour was created specifically for women of all religions, to truly experience Israel. While we experience the important religious and historical sights and wonders of this country, we also learn about the life and people behind this passionate land.  Our small group travels from the northern borders of the country to as far south as the Dead Sea.  We experience the religions, cultures, lives and pursuits that make up the diverse tapestry called Israel.  Likewise, we also learn from one another.  While we travel together on the 5 Senses Tour, we share and celebrate our own diversity - creating a very rich perspective and an added level of interest and growing amongst ourselves.  Whether you've been to Israel before or not, I promise you will be greeted with new surprises and experiences - the itinerary is just the beginning!

"My passion for Israel runs deep.  Sharing it with others is my greatest joy!"

I guess I qualify as a native Atlantan (although I don't really "feel" Southern!), having lived here for more than 30 years! I work as a Realtor, am married to an Israeli, have 3 kids (or young men) and truly consider Israel my second home! During my first visit, at the age of 16, I fell in love with the country ... and have remained "in-love" ever since! Over the years, I worked as a Tour Leader in Israel for teens, spent a semester studying at Tel Aviv U and, eventually moved there after college. I eventually returrned to Atlanta due to extenuating circumstances. However, until today, Israel still holds my heart and is truly my home away from home. It is my goal to give each woman that travels with us a unique experience - to engage all of your senses and to have you feel the wonderful history, passion, struggles and successes of Israel and it's people. Having the opportunity to share this special country with others is not only my dream, but a true honor!

    
Tour Guide:  Harrison Cohen

So… you’re wondering, “Why does an all-woman’s tour have a male tour guide?”  Good question!  Harrison has been a tour guide for over 20 years and is one of Israel's most sought-after guides.  The extent of his knowledge of the history, religions, culture, agriculture, etc. is a bit mind-boggling! We have tried to play "Stump the Tour Guide" ... to no avail.  We're not giving up and I think he's up for the challenge!  Harrison's depth of his knowledge of the 3 major religions is especially important for our "multi-denominational" group.  In addition to his professional strengths, Harrison and I have been friends for many years which enables us to work very much in tandem to achieve the personalized feel of this trip.  And just for the record ... he hasn't complained about being the only male with a group of women!  We will do our best to make him feel welcome!
